Outi Tarkianen’s new orchestral work The Rapids of Life, will premiere on October 4 at Musiikkitalo, Helsinki, Finland. The work is dedicated to the memory of Kaija Saariaho. We prepared the parts for Danish publisher Edition Wilhelm Hansen.

Veronique Vaka’s latest orchestral work Inmost, premiered on November 9 at the Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik. The dedicatee, Eva Ollikainen, conducted the Iceland Symphony Orchestra.

Vaka, who is based in Iceland, is a highly acclaimed composer with international recognition. In 2020, she received a nomination for the Nordic Council Music Prize.

We worked closely with the composer to proofread the orchestral score and extract the instrumental parts.

Lara Poe’s new song cycle to poems by L. Onerva receives its world premiere at the Sibelius Hall in Lahti on October 12. The soloist is Virpi Räisänen, and Nil Venditti conducts the Lahti Symphony Orchestra.

Having prepared the works Divergence for string quartet and Mainspring for alto saxophone and piano, Onerva Songs is the most recent project in our collaboration with Lara Poe and Fennica Gehrman.

Iiro Rantala latest work Veneziana premiered at Jazz at Berlin Philharmonic in February 2023. Veneziana is a pays homage to the city of Venice and its composers. Within the work, Rantala presents whimsical titles such as Vivaldi’s ADHD and Mozart Loses His Mojo. We prepared Veneziana for publication on behalf of Fennica Gehrman.
