Terms and Conditions

Written acceptance of a quote provided by Wellfey, the payment of a deposit, or the purchase of a product constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
The following meanings will be used for terms in these terms and conditions:
“We” means Wellfey.
“Client” means you.
“Project” means the body of work that is being undertaken.
Wellfey is committed to providing the best possible service in the interest of the Client once project terms have been agreed upon. We endeavour to respond to any specific queries, questions, and quote requests within a business day.
Quotes are provided in writing and issued via email for Client approval.
Upon receiving a client request, Wellfey will decide on a fixed price quote. The Client may accept or decline the quote. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Accepting a quotation is confirmation of project commitment. Cancellation after this stage may result in reimbursement costs for the time booked in by Wellfey.
Items not outlined in original quotations may incur extra costs. Extra costs will be added to the final bill. Extra costs may include (but are not limited to): Changing the musical material, e.g. added or changed instruments, added lyrics, or added musical material.
4. Invoicing and delivery
New clients will be required to pay a full deposit before the commence of a project. Work will begin once the payment is received. Long-standing clients are not required to pay in advance.
In the event of extra costs, an additional invoice will be sent to the Client. The finished project will be released upon receiving full payment at the end of the project.
The finished project will be delivered to the Client in PDF/digital format. The Client may request delivery of Sibelius/Dorico project files by contacting email@example.com
Sibelius/Dorico project files will be delivered in Standard Wellfey House Style unless otherwise requested.
Following delivery of the draft, we take your feedback and make changes to ensure the finished product meets your wishes.
Change or addition of musical material is not included in the revisions but can be requested at an additional cost. This will be charged at an hourly rate, with a minimum unit of 30 minutes. A price estimate of the additional cost may be requested before work begins.
On accepting the quotation offer, the Client will pay the full deposit, thereby accepting these terms and conditions.
Payments are processed through Stripe. International credit cards can be used.
In the event of extra costs, payment must be made within 30 days of the final invoice date.
6. Time frame
An estimated time frame will be included in the original quotation offer.
The revisions are not included in the estimated time frame.
Wellfey makes every effort to achieve agreed delivery dates. Wellfey cannot accept liability or be held financially responsible for any targets or deadlines missed for delivery of any work resulting from extenuating circumstances.
Extenuating circumstances may include (but are not limited to):
Other parties unable to fulfill their agreed delivery times
Sickness or personal injury
Any extraordinary incidents beyond the control of Wellfey including fire, flood, and failure of power supply
Theft, damage, or loss of equipment, documents, or any other items that are required to complete the work.
7. Terminating a project
If the Client is not satisfied with work produced under this agreement, Wellfey will attempt to reach a favored solution for all parties, otherwise, the Client is entitled to leave the agreement.
If the Client chooses to leave the agreement, Wellfey reserves the right to request payment for the time spent up until the date of cancellation. Records of time spent are kept throughout all projects.
The Client will also need to pay any outstanding extra costs accumulated during the project up until that point.
Reimbursement may also be considered for booked time that as a result is canceled.
If the total cost of hours undertaken before cancellation and reimbursement accumulates to less than the deposit paid, Wellfey will refund the difference back into the account of the original payee.
Any outstanding fees will be expected to be paid within 30 days of the cancellation.
Wellfey reserves the right to cancel any project at any given time if the project, Client or any parties involved do not meet the requirements outlined in these terms. Cancellation fees and terms still apply.
If the Client has any disputes before, during, or after a project, the Client may email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure any issues are resolved effectively and in an appropriate manner.
Any claims made by the Client against Wellfey are limited to the amount of the total payment made to Wellfey by the Client.
Any changes required after the final sign-off may incur extra costs. In some cases, such as printed material, the possibility of making changes will depend on production.
Wellfey reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
