Veronique Vaka: premiere of Inmost with Eva Ollikainen

Veronique Vaka’s latest orchestral work, Inmost, premiered on November 9 at the Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik. The dedicatee, Eva Ollikainen, conducted the Iceland Symphony Orchestra.
Vaka, who is based in Iceland, is a highly acclaimed composer with international recognition. In 2020, she received a nomination for the Nordic Council Music Prize.
At Wellfey, we were proud to prepare Inmost for its premiere and publication. We worked closely with the composer to proofread the orchestral score and extract the instrumental parts.
